Delete the current user’s account and all associated data (S4).

Requires current_password confirmation (M-3). The user row itself is soft-deleted rather than removed, so audit_logs and user_invites (both plain FKs to users.id) are never touched. See delete_user_account() in auth_service.py for the full FK-safe deletion order.
